    用户是谁?

    我们的目标用户,是围绕并购业务的三大群体:买方、卖方、中介机构。

    作为一个跨境投资并购网站,卖方即项目招商或出售方,主要是指海外的政府、企业、私募股权投资基金。买方即项目的投资或收购方,主要是指中国的政府、企业、并购基金。

    中介是这个市场上的重要角色,包括投资银行、律师事务所、会计师事务所、财务顾问公司、商业银行等等。

    Our targeted platform users are our business partners and clients, which can be categorized as Sellers, Buyers and Agencies.

    Sellers and their Agents include government agencies, industry associations, well-known law firms, boutique investment banks, private equity funds and individual brokers.Buyers mainly refer to Chinese SOEs, Chinese private enterprises and cross border M&A funds etc.

    尽管并购是一个高度个性化服务市场,但是并购的前期流程是可以标准化、程序化、批量化的。而中国正面对中小型跨境并购数量高速崛起的市场趋势,传统的“全程点对点”模式正遭遇挑战。

    需要说明的是,在撮合与并购链管理业务中,我们定位是服务中小型并购,我们专注于1000万美金到1亿美金之间的标的。

    中小型并购市场,对大型投行而言,是一个鸡肋业务,但是通过互联网的创新模式,可有效降低这些并购的前期成本,使“鸡肋市场”变得有利可图。

In addition, we also accept offline agreement for customized buyers search selectively.
